The purpose of a private Relationship Coaching Session is to bring clarity as to what a relationship is and provide a basic structure or framework through which meaningful relationships can be grown and experienced. You will also receive tools that help you communicate more effectively and clearly thereby causing your relationship to move forward in a more fluid and loving manner.
In this hands-on session, you will learn:
- The true purpose of relationship.
- How relationships always start with you.
- How to establish healthy borders.
- How to use agreements to create a safe and loving environment.
- How to listen and communicate more effectively.
- How to better understand your partners method of communicating.
